I had Simon Miller called out via Martin Smiths website. Did a great job! Unfortunately he was about the 8th “24 hour emergency” plumber I hade called. The first 7 were clearly NOT 24 hour or emergency! However Simon went to the job on a Saturday night while I was 500 miles away and professionally fixed the problem. Result: happy tennants!
